Shelley is Shirley Thomas' youngest child.  Shelley was born in Bakersfield California Oct 14, 1968. 

Shelley really enjoyed going to the Beach as a child.  When Shelley was a young teenager, Jim and Shirley
moved to McAlester Oklahoma where Shelley graduated in 1986. 
Shelley married her husband Michael in 1993, they currently live in Rowlett Texas and have 2 children;  Jimmy Ellis Barker and Michael Anthony O'Tool-Wagner.

As an adult, Shelley enjoys Computers, Exercise, and Swimming.
