Billy was born Feb 13, 1965 in Fort Leonardwood, Missouri.  He is the son of Shirley and Jim Thomas.  He graduated from McAlester High School in 1984.  Billy attended Kiamichi Vo-Tech studying Grounds and Maintenance.  Class President for 2 years, VICA President 1 year and was outstanding student for 2 years. 
Billy enjoys Hunting , Fishing, Boating, Camping, Hiking, Horse Back Riding. 
Billy holds a Bachelor Degree in being a bachelor since he has been single for so long.
Billy is currently living in McAlester Oklahoma.
