Justin was born to Jamie Beall & Tony Dugan on December 7,2000 in McAlester, Oklahoma.

Justin has attended school in McAlester, Checotah, Ada and Indianola.

At 18 years of age, Justin is a senior at Indianola High school.  Upon graduating he has been accepted at the University of Tulsa with a $90,000 academic scholarship.
